A legal disclaimer

  • Ownership of Photos:
    By submitting photos to be edited, you confirm that you have the full rights to the images or have obtained proper authorization from the copyright holder(s). RSN Graphic Design is not responsible for any copyright violations.

  • Use of Edited Photos:
    You grant RSN Graphic Design the right to use the edited photos for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you do not wish for edited images to be used in this manner, please notify us in advance.

  • Refund & Cancellations:
    All sales are final once editing begins. Cancellations prior to the start of editing may be refunded in full. If the final edited work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or is of unacceptable quality, a full refund may be issued at the discretion of RSN Graphic Design.

  • Liability:
    RSN Graphic Design is not liable for any damages, delays, or loss of images, files, or any other liabilities related to the photo editing process. Client agrees to keep backups of all original images prior to submitting them for editing.

  • Revisions:
    Each editing package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond those included will incur extra charges. We will not accept revisions once final approval has been given.

  • Turnaround Times:
    The stated turnaround times are estimates, and while we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.

  • Payment & Delivery:
    Full payment is required before editing begins. Edited photos will be delivered through Google Drive or Dropbox in JPEG or TIFF format. Files will be available for download for up to 30 days; after that, [Your Business Name] is not responsible for storing or providing access to the files.

  • Changes to Terms:
    RSN Graphic Design reserves the right to update, change, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

Privacy Policy - the basics

Effective: May 2025

By booking or purchasing any session bundle, design package, or retainer service with RSN Graphic Design (“Photographer/Designer”), you (“Client”) agree to the terms below.

1. Payment & Booking

  • A 50% deposit is due at booking to reserve your package. Remaining balance is due before the first session or project begins.

  • Packages are non-refundable once any portion of the service is delivered.

  • Payment plans available on select services—must be arranged prior to booking.

2. Session Scheduling & Expiry

  • Multi-session packs (e.g., 5 headshots) may be redeemed individually and must be scheduled 7+ days in advance, subject to availability.

  • Sessions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused sessions expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

  • Bundles can be shared or gifted once with written approval.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48+ hours notice is required to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiting that session.

  • Weather-related outdoor shoots will be rescheduled at no charge.

4. Deliverables

  • Final deliverables (photos, designs, files) are clearly listed per package.

  • Edits or versions beyond what's included will be billed additionally.

  • Files are delivered digitally via Google Drive, Dropbox, or equivalent.

5. Design Projects & Revisions

  • Design packages include a set number of concepts and revisions (typically 1–2). Additional revisions billed per hour.

  • Projects require timely feedback to stay on schedule. Delayed approvals may extend delivery timelines.

6. Creative Retainers

  • Monthly/quarterly retainer services include the deliverables stated in the plan. Work does not roll over to the next month unless agreed in writing.

  • Scope changes may require an adjusted rate or add-on fee.

7. Usage Rights

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use images and designs for personal/business marketing.

  • Photographer/Designer retains copyright unless otherwise agreed.

  • Commercial resale or merchandise use requires additional licensing.

8. Portfolio Use

  • Final photos and designs may be used in the Photographer/Designer’s portfolio, website, or promotions unless an NDA is requested in writing.

  • Credit (@rsngraphicdesign) is appreciated when sharing on social platforms.

9. Refunds & Transfers

  • All sales are final. No refunds for unused services.

  • In case of emergencies or force majeure, sessions may be rescheduled or credited at the Photographer’s discretion.

  • Bundles may be transferred to another client once with prior approval.

10. Client Conduct

  • Clients must arrive on time and conduct themselves professionally. Harassment or unsafe behavior results in session cancellation with no refund.
