Terms & Conditions

By booking any service through this platform, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked through the official platform or by email confirmation.

A non-refundable deposit (25%) is required to book.

Remaining balances are due upon delivery of final files or by the date agreed upon in writing.

Payment can be made via [Venmo/Zelle]. 

2. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted or agreed.

Rush orders (<48 hours) may incur a rush fee.

Final files will be delivered via digital download (email).

3. Revisions

All packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions, depending on the service.

Added revisions beyond what is included may be billed at my hourly rate: $35/hr.

Revisions must be requested within 3 days of receiving the draft or final files.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable. A partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the service provider.

In the event of a no-show (for photography) or lack of response (for design work), your booking may be forfeited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (images, text, references, branding, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing required information may affect turnaround times and deadlines.

6. Usage & Rights

For graphic design: Upon final payment, clients are granted full rights to use the final, approved designs for personal or business use.

For photography: Clients receive personal or commercial use rights depending on the package booked. Photographer retains copyright unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid or canceled projects may not be used in any way.

7. Photo Editing & Restoration Disclaimer

While every effort is made to improve and restore images, results may vary based on the original quality and condition.

Excessive damage or unclear expectations may result in adjusted pricing or turnaround time.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information and project files are kept confidential and never shared or published without permission.

Work may be featured in a portfolio or on social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Communication

Please allow up to 48 hours for email responses, especially during peak times or weekends.By paying for any service, you confirm that you have read & understand the terms & conditions.
